Explore, Create, and Connect in Our Weekly Virtual Art Therapy Group

I created this virtual art therapy group to offer a space where you can take a break from the stresses of daily life, let go, and connect with yourself and others through creativity. Each week, we explore different themes using guided art activities designed to help process emotions, build resilience, and encourage self-expression.

I’ve been creating art for as long as I can remember, but it wasn’t until high school that I truly understood its power to impact a person on a deeper level. During that time, I explored a variety of mediums—paint, oil pastels, colored pencils, collage, and more—each offering a different way to express emotions and tell a story. Art became more than just a hobby; it was a way to process feelings, find meaning, and connect with myself in a way that words couldn’t always capture. That experience shaped my passion for using creativity as a tool for healing, ultimately leading me to art therapy.

You don’t need any art experience—just an open mind and a willingness to create. Whether you're navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, or simply looking for a creative outlet, this group provides a supportive community where you can express yourself freely.

We meet every Tuesday from 12 to 1 PM virtually, open to individuals in PA and NJ. If you’re ready to explore, create, and connect, visit www.natickcounseling.com/group-therapy or reach out to me at liz@natickcounseling.com or 617-752-2630. I’d love for you to join us!
